Description
Purpose:

As a Mammographer, you'll combine advanced technology with compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who arepassionate about women's health and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
**This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment**
Schedule: This position work 8-hour shifts, Monday-Saturday. The shift start times will vary from as early as 6AM and ending as late as 6PM. This position will require traveling (around 30% of the time) to different off-site locations.
Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Completion of approved Mammography Training Course that fulfills the requirements set forth by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) in preparation for Mammography certification board examination within 30 days of hire.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
ARRT Certificate
ARRT Mammography (Must obtain Mammography registration within 12 months of hire date)
Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
If practicing under a temporary permit: must be under direct supervision of licensed radiologic technologist, must obtain ARRT certification within 180 days of permit issue date. Temporary permits expire 180 days from date of issuance, or upon notice that license application denied, or ten days after notification of failure of licensing exam, whichever occurs first.
