Key Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and high-quality image acquisition
- Maintain compliance with MQSA standards and radiation safety protocols
- Assist radiologists with diagnostic imaging workflows
- Provide compassionate patient care and education during procedures
- Maintain imaging equipment and quality control documentation
- Accurately document exams and ensure proper recordkeeping
Qualifications
- ARRT (M) certification required
- California radiologic technologist license required
- Prior mammography experience preferred
- MQSA compliance knowledge required
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced imaging environment
