    Mammography Technologist — Full-Time (Day Shift 10–40)

    Location: Oregon
    Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Day Shift (10–40)

    Pay Range:$37.72 – $55.98/hr (DOE)

    We are partnering with a well-regarded healthcare organization in Oregon to hire a Mammography Technologist for a full-time, day-shift role.     What you'll do

    You'll perform mammography exams and support excellent diagnostic outcomes by:

    • Performing a variety of mammography exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity
    • Applying mammography imaging principles, theories, and techniques to produce reliable, high-quality results
    • Communicating clearly with patients and collaborating with the imaging team to keep workflow running smoothly
    • Maintaining confidentiality and working independently with minimal supervision when needed
    • Maintaining consistent, punctual attendance for assigned shifts

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
    • Current ARRT certification in RadiographyandMammography
    • Current Oregon license
    • AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider)
    • Image Wisely pledge certificate (obtain within 30 days of hire; renew annually by January 30)
    • Image Gently pledge certificate (obtain within 30 days of hire; renew annually by January 30)

    Preferred

    • Associates or Bachelors degree
    • 1 year mammography experience
    • Stereotactic biopsy experience preferred

    Physical/clinical requirements (role demands)

    This position requires the ability to:

    • Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
    • Respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected patient care needs
    • Maintain adequate hearing and visual acuity (including color vision)
    • Use fine motor skills and strong eye-hand coordination
    • Use safe body mechanics to assist patients with transfers and ambulation
    • Lift up to 75 pounds (as required)
    • Communicate effectively (reading, writing, speaking in person and by phone)
