    Position Type: Full-Time

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Mammography Supervisor to lead our team of technologists in delivering high-quality breast imaging services. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide training and guidance to the mammography team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and mentor a team of mammography technologists.

    • Ensure proper patient positioning, quality imaging, and adherence to safety protocols.

    • Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., MQSA, ACR accreditation).

    • Assist with patient scheduling and workflow management.

    • Collaborate with radiologists to review imaging results and ensure timely reporting.

    • Provide ongoing training and development for staff.

    • Maintain equipment functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • ARRT required; Mammography certification required.

    • 3+ years of mammography experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

    • Strong knowledge of mammography imaging, equipment, and quality standards.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
