This float role supports multiple clinic locations, including Brookfield, Cedar Creek, East Mequon, Germantown South, Good Hope, Mayfair North, and Menomonee Falls. You'll work primarily first shift with start times ranging from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and your schedule will be known in advance, allowing for planning and work-life balance. This is a weekday-only position with no weekends, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, enjoy variety in your day, and focus on general mammography services across multiple sites. A float differential is provided in recognition of flexibility and multi-site coverage. Sign on bonus eligible
Major Responsibilities:
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patients status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patients requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the departments policies and procedures. Age-specific information is developed further in the departmental job standards.
