Your work will support early detection and diagnosis, empowering patients with critical information about their health. Key responsibilities include: + Performing routine and specialized mammographic procedures + Preparing exam rooms and equipment to meet patient and physician needs + Educating and supporting patients before and after exams + Ensuring safety through ALARA principles and pregnancy screening + Maintaining MQSA and ACR standards, including quality control documentation + Collaborating with physicians and team members to optimize imaging outcomes **What we're looking for** We're looking for a skilled, compassionate technologist who thrives in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. _Required qualifications:_ + Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program + ARRT certification in Radiography (required upon hire) + ARRT Mammography certification (required within 6 months) + Washington State Radiologic Technologist license + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification + PACS/RIS knowledge **Live and Work in the Pacific Northwest** Vancouver, WA offers the best of both worlds-urban amenities and natural beauty.
