Mammography Technician - — Cross-Training to CT or MRI

Naples, FL | Full-Time | W2 Direct Hire

Pay: $35–$40/hr + $1.50/hr float differential

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (75+ miles)

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours if cases run late

Setting: Outpatient imaging centers (home base clinic with limited local float)

What youll be doing

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography in a high-volume outpatient setting

Deliver patient-first care with a strong emphasis on quality and comfort

Float to nearby centers only when needed (within approximately one hour)

Participate in structured cross-training to CT or MRI if desired

What you bring

ARRT (R) with Mammography experience

Minimum 1 year of Mammography experience

Florida Radiologic Technologist license (or active eligibility)

Strong patient communication and clinical consistency
