The Horizon UM Appeals Department is looking for a seasoned UM Appeals Analyst (non clinical) to join our team for a 3-6 month timeframe. The primary role includes:
Responsibilities:
" Handles initial screening for UM Appeals requests from physicians/members/facilities/authorized representatives.
" Enters Appeals in the medical management system and also created an appeal packet with the clinical information and appeal request.
We would also prefer a NJ, NY, PA, DE or CT resident. This is a work from home virtual position. Must come to Horizon to get equipment.T
