Join an IT team supporting secure, reliable Managed File Transfer (MFT) connections for internal teams and external partners. You'll help set up connections, troubleshoot issues, and keep file transfers running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot MFT connections.
Monitor file transfer servers, applications, and scheduled processes.
Support SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, PGP encryption, and SSL certificates.
Onboard partners through setup, testing, and go-live.
Troubleshoot transmission issues and coordinate with EDI, Infrastructure, Security, and development teams.
Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call support as needed.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of IT experience, preferably with file transfer protocols or networking.
Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, PGP, and TCP/IP.
Basic Windows Server knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
