Duties
Conduct comprehensive data analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
Develop detailed business models and visualizations with Visio and other analytics platforms to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and implement process improvements that align with organizational objectives.
Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Perform forecasting and sales analysis to assist leadership in strategic planning and resource allocation.
Facilitate business analysis sessions to understand current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear insights for decision-makers.
Qualifications
Proven experience with data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Strong business analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into strategic recommendations.
Excellent analysis skills complemented by expertise in analytics, business intelligence tools, and process improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and business performance metrics.
Effective communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
