Bachelor's degree in Management, Tourism Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related + 24 months experience in related fields.
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations as well as design systems and procedures. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Gather and organize information on problems and procedures. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of processing. Prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observations to ascertain unit functions, work performed, methods, equipment, and personnel used. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems and procedures.
