Management Analyst I

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Management Analyst I in Port Hueneme, CA.

Job Summary: The Management Analyst I evaluates organizational operations and provides strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command's competency training program and workforce development internal and external programming. • Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development, training opportunities for the general workforce. • Assist with various aspects of training classes, such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the competencies and Command Interest Program Managers. • Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce. • Develop and maintain various metrics. • Perform assessments and hold a mid-level to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills for creating documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years' experience in warehouse operations. Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen pursuant to government contractual requirements. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats. Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Flank Speed Teams, Waypoints, and Adobe PDF. Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting. Is proactive, organized, on-time, produces quality products promptly, dependable, available for work, strong communication skills - written and verbal, a self-starter, able to work independently, able and willing to follow instructions, takes initiative, and is willing to work as part of a team. Individuals must be resourceful and able to stay focused on completing work by or before deadlines.

The described tasking requires employees to perform the duties on-site; however, telework can be considered situationally on a case-by-case basis.

Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

ADA Notations: Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move 25 pounds. Typical office environment.
