The Management Analyst II provides fiscal, administrative, and analytical support for the Maryland Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports (MCCCS) - Baltimore County program. The Maryland Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports is funded through the Blueprint for Maryland's Future and administered through the Baltimore County Department of Health. The funding supports expanded behavioral health and wraparound services for students Pre-K through 12th grade. The position is responsible for monitoring and supporting sub-grantee fiscal compliance and payments, managing grant agreements, analyzing financial and programmatic data, and ensuring adherence to County and funder requirements. The MA II develops reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate outcomes to stakeholders and assists in the preparation of budgets, applications, and expenditure reports. The role also supports policy and process development, participates in audits, assists with grant writing, and provides technical assistance to sub-grantees to strengthen fiscal accountability and program performance.

Graduation form an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, public administration, economics, or a related field plus two years' experience performing professional fiscal, administrative, and analytical duties. (Additional experience involving the analysis and evaluation of budgets, systems, policies and procedures, organizations, and programs may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required education. Education in business administration, public administration, or a related field beyond a bachelor's degree may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.)
