    Management Analyst III – Secret Clearance | Charleston, SC

    We are currently seeking an Management Analyst IIIto support operations in Charleston. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.  

    What You’ll Do 

    As a Management Analyst III, you will play a critical role in facilitating Agile delivery, driving team performance, and ensuring the successful execution of mission-critical projects, that support U.S. government missions and organizational objectives. You will: 

    • Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum best practices to drive efficient delivery  

    • Remove blockers and coordinate across stakeholders to keep projects on track  

    • Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and align work with mission priorities  

    • Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams 

    What You’ll Bring 

    Required Qualifications: 

    • Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (Bachelor of Science (BS) shall be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program) 
      • Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. 

      • Must have experience in collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.  
      • Must be able to analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. 

      • Must be able to develop solutions to problems.  
      • Must be able to prepare recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.  
      • Must be able to prepare and solve mathematical models. 
    • Technical Expertise:  

      • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 
      • Experience with ServiceNow applications 

      • Experience with ADO 
      • Experience with Technical projects 

      • Experience with Leading and facilitating teams 
      • Experience with Communicating technical details to stakeholders 

    • Certifications: 

      • Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance. 
      • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies.

    Travel & Passport 

    • Some overnight stays possible.  

    Work Environment 

    • This position requires working in a stressful environment, dealing with conflict, working under pressure and with strict deadlines, focus and attention to detail 

    Office setting: 

    • Primarily an office-based role in Charleston, SC 

    • Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site. 

    • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. 

    • Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. 

    • May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.   

    Background & Security

    • Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation 

    • Alcohol and Drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance
