Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve service quality in a retail pharmacy setting. Monitor and evaluate prescription fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations. Prepare operational forecasts and business performance reports to support management decision-making. Recommend and implement logistics solutions to optimize supply chain and inventory turnover. Support management in evaluating vendor contracts, insurance reimbursements, and patient service metrics. REQ: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign educational equivalent) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare Administration or Related and 5 years of experience as a Management Analyst or in a similar position overseeing pharmacy operations.
