Management and Program Analyst (Cyberspace Operations) Planner
Serve as a Management and Program Analyst (Cyberspace Operations) Planner in the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) SCJ38, Cyberspace Operations Division.
Plan and synchronize cyberspace resources and utilize offensive and defensive measures for the command's execution of Cyberspace Operations (CO) to deter, disrupt, and defeat adversaries in cyberspace terrain.
Provide guidance to personnel regarding a wide range of issues dealing with Cyberspace Operations planning, organizational change, organizational culture, and operational management and analysis.
Direct Operational Planning Teams and Working Groups, along with Security Cooperation SME (subject matter experts) engagements with partner nations.
Conduct planning for use of assigned Cyber Protection Forces, and coordinate service contributions of the Joint Cyber Mission Forces in support of current and future USSOUTHCOM contingency plans, crisis action, and operations.
Provide overall assessments addressing the cyberspace operations associated with operational planning.
Develop cyber training objectives and courses of action for exercises.
