Management And Program Analyst
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Plan, manage, and oversee Transmission initiatives under the Chief of Staff organization, working with Transmission managers across the business unit across Transmission, or other staff.
- Consult with managers and SMEs to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Lead and facilitate project and initiative plan implementation and monitors achievement of objectives.
- Serve as liaison between business units, corporate business partners, the Transmission Chief of Staff, Transmission Leadership team and staff involved in planning and executing projects.
- Evaluate and make recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for major projects and implementing standards, guidelines, or policies for program activities.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and targets are met. Monitors program projects, initiatives, activities, and resources to communicate issues and challenges to program and project managers.
