Management Company AccountantOur client is a premier global venture capital firm with a strong track record of backing transformative companies across technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day accounting operations for the management company, including general ledger, accruals, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Manage payroll, bonus accruals, and employee-related expenses in partnership with HR and external providers. Monitor and track operating expenses, budgets, and forecasts to support financial planning. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and tax filings. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Support cash management, treasury activities, and capital planning initiatives.
