Collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the capability development programs and projects for the C-130H Aircraft Modernization Program. The assistance encompasses three areas, in order of daily significance, namely program management assistance, administrative management and office management
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Participating in various program and project meetings including, but not limited to planning discussions, site visit planning, contract kickoff meetings, system requirements reviews, program management reviews, system design reviews, demonstration and acceptance plan reviews, technical interchange meetings, prototype compliance reviews, design maturation reviews, government technology demonstrations and demonstration report reviews.*
- Editing, coordinating and publishing program meeting minutes.*
- Participating in program or project-related team meetings at OEM contractor locations or other Government facilities as needed including occasional overnight travel.*
- Acting as "project scribe" in meetings including operating conference room computers and changing data dynamically in documents, project schedules, spreadsheets or presentations as directed by the division chief, program manager or other personnel.*
- Coordinating programmatic documents with the DAG, PEG or Front Office Group (FOG).*
- Coordinating participation of various military, civilian, contractor and industry personnel for program meetings.*
- Managing SOCCER and other suspense tasking receipt, tracking and submission process for the division.*
- Creating and editing administrative, status and miscellaneous division documents including formatting to meet AF correspondence standards.*
- Managing SharePoint site content and the division's official file plan and records.*
- Assisting the Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submitting travel voucher submission related to official trips.*
- Coordinating with facility managers on division office and common area issues and ensuring routine office supplies are stocked for use by division personnel.*
- Creating graphic charts of programmatic using data in spreadsheets following division staff guidance regarding content and display.
- Tracking production of the division's monthly report to the AFPEO/MB, coordinating inputs and edits and providing the final version to the division chief for submission.
- Editing, coordinating, updating and publishing program-related briefing slides in collaboration with the division staff.
- Assist the Government staff with the execution of various assigned project and program management as well as administrative management activities, including but not limited to, the creation, editing, maintenance or distribution of project or program documentation, participation in project or program meetings and complying with reporting requirements.
- Assisting the division chief with managing the self-assessment program including using the MICT.
- Performs branch AATAPs timekeeper and assists leadership with DTS travel.

Required Experience
One of the following combinations of education/experience:
- BA/BS, Ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD.
HS Diploma, Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
U.S. Citizenship required; Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) and DTS (Defense Travel System).
