    Job Description

    ExplorUS, a leading provider of exceptional hospitality services in national, state and local parks is seeking candidates for our Management Development program.  This opportunity allows the successful candidates to experience dramatic career growth in the areas of food and beverage management, retail operations and lodging as they are in training at various sites across the U.S.  Candidates must be mobile and employee housing will be provided at certain locations.

    Position Summary:
    Through hands-on training across lodging, food & beverage, retail, rentals, and events, build a strong foundation of operational experience and prepare for potential future leadership opportunities within the Company.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Actively participate in all departmental training programs as directed
    • Contribute to departmental success by providing recommendations for process enhancements 
    • Work closely with teammates to ensure a cohesive and professional work environment
    • Provide feedback to management, including corporate, related to departmental training programs and operational efficiencies improvements
    • Demonstrate a continuing commitment to learn 
    • Assist management, when requested, with the training and development of others
    • Other duties as requested
    Requirements:
    • Must be mobile with a willingness to relocate to various locations across the U.S. on a frequent basis (3-6 months)
    • Must be willing to live in employee housing with a possible roommate in sites where housing is offered
    • Must be ambitious and willing to learn a variety of new skills
    • Must possess strong attention to detail skills
    • Must be a positive communicator and team player in the workplace
     
    Education and Experience:
     
    Education:   High School graduate
                          Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field (preferred)
     
    Experience:  Minimum three (3) years' experience in a hospitality role
                           Minimum three (3) years' experience in a customer service/leadership role
