As a Management Trainee at MHC, youll be immersed in a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in a management role. This isnt your typical entry-level role - youll have the chance to work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts Service, Leasing, Management, and more.

MHC is an expansion of the original company Ozark Kenworth Inc. Ozark Kenworth started in Springfield, Missouri in January 1975. Opening for business without a Parts or Service department and only three employees in a temporary facility. From there, the company grew and expanded.
