The program trains candidates in logistics, procurement, inventory management, finance, engineering, design, and project support.Reports ToTraining ManagerMinimum QualificationsRelocation required: Ability and willingness to relocate during and after program completion, up to multiple times.Must be at least 18 years of age.Bachelor's Degree, with related experience considered.Current valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Authorization to work in U.S. (no sponsorship needed.)Preferred QualificationsSales or customer service experience.Leadership or involvement in student organizations.Experience facilitating teams or groups successfully.Additional CompetenciesLeadership skills.Self‑motivated and proactive.Team oriented.Competitive.Entrepreneurial spirit.Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.Effective problem‑solving skills.Working ConditionsThe program includes warehouse, office, and external environments.
