Build a Career. Serve Your Team. Strengthen Your Community. Own the Outcome.

You've built experience. You've led people. You know how to drive results.

Now ask yourself:

Are you in a role that's building your future-or just maintaining your present?

At Locke Supply, we develop leaders who serve others, build strong teams, impact their communities, and think like owners-because they are.

Who Is Locke Supply

Locke Supply Co. is a leading regional distributor of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC products, serving contractors, businesses, and communities across the region. Built on a foundation of hard work, customer service, and promoting from within, Locke has grown into a strong, stable company with a clear focus on long-term success.

What sets us apart is simple:

we're employee owned.

That means the people who drive the business forward are the same people who share in its success.

Ownership Isn't a Buzzword Here

At Locke Supply, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is at the core of how we operate.

• You earn ownership over time at no cost to you
• Your work contributes to long-term value you share in
• You're part of a company that operates with an owner's mindset
• Success isn't just measured, it's shared

Most companies give you a job.

We give you the opportunity to build something that grows with you.
