Management - User Enablement Specialist

Description: Responsibilities Conduct needs analysis to determine the knowledge gap and assess requirements Design and development multi-modal learning solutions Write instructional materials for technical learning in the form of step-by-step documentation, etc. Curate and customize content from partners and vendors to meet specific business needs Facilitate instructor-led programs (virtual/in-person) and presentations to a variety of audiences in the Hearst community Draft company-wide communications regarding technical changes and updates Work effectively with a highly collaborative team Develop high quality templates and processes for learning solutions Keep current with industry trends to ensure learning solutions are innovative and modern Evaluate learning solutions for effectiveness and impact, in close collaboration with the User Experience team Qualifications 1-3 years experience developing and facilitating virtual and in-person training and learning solutions. Prior customer service or project management experience is preferred. Education: Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies. Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design or communications is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and present engaging and clear technical instructions. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Client Office tools and comfortable learning and using new technology platforms. Experience with or knowledge of learning management system administration is preferred. Innovation and Creativity: A passion for innovative thinking and the ability to contribute creative ideas to improve user engagement and technology adoption. Familiarity with generative AI tools is preferred. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications and documentation.
