Key Responsibilities

• Lead RFI, RFP, and supplier selection activities, ensuring alignment and preparation of recommendations.
• Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects involving diverse departments and external suppliers.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support sourcing decisions and executive recommendations.
• Develop executive-level presentations and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier transitions.
• Drive project governance activities and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations and sourcing methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Experience in Employee Benefits programs, Talent Acquisition, or related HR service categories.
