Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate production planning activities to ensure timely release of intermediates and API.
• Update production status in SAP and Advanced Planning Systems, maintaining accurate planning system parameters.
• Review purchase requisitions and manage inventory levels to align with supplier lead times and clinical supply chain flexibility.
• Manage supply constraints and provide material feasibility assessments.
• Partner with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and address space constraints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or logistics planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong operational and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.

Preferences

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Supply chain certification (APICS/IBF).
• Knowledge of clinical trials and supply chain principles.
