Drive onboarding and ramp for new Account Coordinators, including coordination of the Account Manager Onboarding Path and role-specific training
Ensure ACs are appropriately matched to UCAN Sales pods and embedded effectively within those teams

Own the operational playbook for the AC role, including documentation of workflows, escalation paths, and scope boundaries
Provide regular updates to the Director of Account Management on team health, program effectiveness, and resourcing recommendations
Proactively identify where contingent AC support should scale up, scale back, or shift based on business evolution
