Wage - $57,000 annually

Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for accounting and audit functions and develops data for periodic operating statements and management information in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative and accounting activities of the department.
• Develop budget, monitor and control expenses, review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.
• Regularly assess and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of service to students. Prepare related reports.
• Supervise financial accounting systems and allocation of expenditure of contract funds, monitor center performance through interpretation of accounting data, and develop management informational reports.
• Assist as necessary with administration of subcontracts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years related experience, two (2) of which should be in a supervisory capacity.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
