Overview:

The manager of Aging Services is responsible for the overall daily operations of the adult day center including ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and accreditation standards.   Directs and implements adult day health services, promotes and supports the objectives of Aging Services, and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission of Aging Services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the adult day center.

Ensures compliance with governing, licensing, and accreditation guidelines

Recruit, hire, orient, and supervise staff and volunteers.

Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement related to Adult Day Services.

Program development and design in conjunction with the Director of Aging Services.

Maintain the physical plant of the center at the highest level of operation and appearance.
Effectively markets the comprehensive services offered by Adult Day Services.

Staff development

Assist the Director of Aging Services as needed.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or Human Services field. Required

1 year of supervison or managment. Required
