Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager AI Product and Data Architecture Manager in Tampa, FL. Duties Include:
  • Leads strategy and execution for AI-powered product and data architecture across the insurance claims lifecycle
  • Drives transformation of legacy systems into cloud-based, modular, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Defines and delivers interoperable, configurable AI and data architectures
  • Partners cross-functionally to enable data-driven innovation and intelligent decisioning
  • Define and execute strategy for AI product architecture and data architecture frameworks
  • Re-engineer high-value functionality from on-prem systems to cloud and hybrid environments
  • Develop roadmaps for modernization, refactoring, and AI-driven transformation
  • Establish best practices for AI product roadmapping, prioritization, and technical debt reduction
  • Design and embed AI-driven decisioning into business processes and applications
  • Lead alignment across product architecture, engineering, and implementation teams
  • Plan and manage AI initiatives, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Design and manage AI integration architecture (interoperability, modularity, configurability)
  • Define API strategies and scalable integrations across systems and applications
  • Support deployment strategies across cloud/hybrid environments aligned to user needs
  • Oversee the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, including documentation and roadmap visibility
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned to business value and integration feasibility
  • Partner with QA and engineering teams to ensure testing efficiency and automation
  • Establish feedback loops to measure and optimize AI solution impact and adoption
Data Architecture Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain data reference architectures and models for analytics, AI, and data products
  • Ensure data interoperability, integrity, and continuity across systems

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in AI model operationalization and enterprise integration
  • 8+ years in product architecture, product management, and system interoperability
  • Deep understanding of insurance and claims management domain
  • Experience leading technology transformations and full AI solution lifecycle
Strong expertise in:
  • Machine learning/AI concepts and enterprise integration
  • Cloud application architecture and deployment models
  • API design and management
  • Proven ability in roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, and backlog strategy
  • Experience with composable architectures and highly configurable product models
  • Background in implementation/adoption planning and documentation
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and self-service reporting tools
Technical Skills:
  • Cloud & Data Platforms: Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks
  • AI Tools: Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Snowflake Cortex AI, Dataiku
  • Programming: Python, R, SQL
  • Integration: Azure API Management, Boomi, MuleSoft, Apigee

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
