Drive the technology strategy behind our client's customer-facing application technology environment. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days/week onsite in Sacramento, CA
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and build a team of software engineers, analysts, and integration specialists
- Oversee the architecture, performance, security, and reliability of customer-facing applications
- Drive implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SaaS platforms
- Manage integrations, APIs, and custom application development efforts
- Champion release management, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives
- Oversee third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Enable AI-driven capabilities and continuous productivity improvements across customer platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in application development, engineering, or technical delivery
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and system architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred) and modern DevOps methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or similar
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and production support models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is from $155K to $195K, depending on experience.
