Ireland s Four Courts, one of the premier Irish pubs and soccer destinations in the Washington, D.C. area, is looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
What we re looking for:
- Proven restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service
- Ability to lead busy shifts with confidence and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Available to work nights, weekends, and major sporting events
- 45 hours a week
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating front-of-house staff
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Maintaining high service and cleanliness standards
- Assisting with staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations
- Working closely with ownership and management to continue building one of the area s most respected pubs
