About the Role:
Totus Tuus LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Addison, TX! Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and overall business performance
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to ensure high productivity and morale
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and workforce management
• Monitor and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
• Assist with inventory management, reporting, and operational tasks
• Step in to lead the team in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Must be located in or able to commute to Addison, TX
