Background Profile:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting | MBA is a Plus
  • Active CPA
  • 4+ years Senior-Level Accounting experience including Managing Accounting Operations
  • 4+ years People Management experience leading high performing teams
  • 4+ years Big 4 or National Audit Firm experience
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex accounting projects/clients simultaneously
  • Strong Internal Controls & U.S. GAAP experience
  • You excel at Delivering Audit-Ready Financials that are accurate & on time
  • Demonstrated experience leading month-end close, external audits and ways to streamline processes
  • Advanced MS Office experience including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • MS Dynamics NAV experience is a PLUS
  • You are a Results-Driven Self-Starter who thrives on managing company budgets and overall decision-making toward maintaining financial integrity
  • You are a Strong Servant Leader and business partner with the ability to connect with all levels of leadership as well as lead, coach and mentor a team
  • You would describe yourself as Highly Analytical, Organized and someone who enjoys planning projects with great attention-to-detail and time management skills
