What You'll Do
Lead the Bakery
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery and Bundtique (retail store).
- Ensure the bakery runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Drive Sales Growth
- Help grow cake sales and achieve bakery sales goals.
- Identify opportunities to attract new guests and increase repeat business.
- Support local marketing efforts and community events.
Build Business Relationships
- Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups.
- Generate corporate and special event cake orders.
- Represent the bakery in the community and help increase brand awareness.
Lead and Develop the Team
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate bakery team members.
- Create a positive, fun, and supportive work environment.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and excellent guest service.
Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives friendly and exceptional service.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Help create memorable celebrations for our guests.
Maintain Quality Standards
- Ensure every cake meets Nothing Bundt Cakes quality and presentation standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory and product freshness.
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or bakery operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for customer service and community involvement.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
