Position Summary: Manages food and beverage department to achieve financial results and service related standards

Reports to: Director Food & Beverage
FLSA Designation: Exempt

Salary Range: $85,000-$105,000
Essential Job Functions:
- Implements policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Responds to guest and employee needs and resolves complaints and issues
- Inspects food and beverage outlets and observes worker and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards
- Controls labor and operating expenses
- Orders all liquor, wine, and beer for the property
- Monitors inventories and reports discrepancies to the director
- Schedules and directs Team Members in the performance of work assignments
- Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards
- Maintains high visibility in the outlets
- Prepares financial and other reports
- Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws
- Hires, trains, and manages Team Members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies, and programs
- Performs all other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three or more years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience of managing multiple outlets
- Knowledge of various types of alcohol, wine, beer, liquor, etc.
- Must be an exceptional multi-tasker
- Knowledge of state liquor regulations and point of service systems required
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent written and communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Regularly required to stoop or kneel and stand for long periods of time
- Regularly required to move with a sense of urgency, including pivoting and shuffling
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a work environment that is frequently faced paced and noisy
