Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operations.
• Lead, train, and coach crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork.
• Ensure all customers receive high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Support scheduling, performance tracking, and operational improvements.
• Help monitor equipment, supplies, and inventory to maintain efficiency.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
• Lead by example with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (preferred).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and manage operations throughout shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements.
