What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with members and guests
• Drive membership sales and studio growth
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team
• Create engaging social media and community partnerships
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio
• Deliver a five-star member experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, self-motivated attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Leadership mindset with a desire to grow professionally
