What will you be doing?

• Lead Seasonal Marketing Campaigns: Develop promotional marketing plans in partnership with Merchandising, Analytics, and Finance teams
• Drive Omni-Channel Marketing Strategies: Ensure all marketing tactics align with overall brand strategy and customer experience goals
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams responsible for executing key marketing initiatives
• Manage Promotions & Brand Initiatives: Spearhead programs focused on enhancing customer experience, brand perception, and customer loyalty
• Manage Vendor Partnerships & Co-Op Programs: Manage vendor relationships, co-op budgets, creative approvals, proofs, and recap reporting
• Develop & Lead Talent : Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to direct reports

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Account Management, or related roles
• Retail marketing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
