This hands‑on role plays a key in day‑to‑day strategic development, campaign execution, cross‑functional coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director in development and execution of brand strategies for key sports propertiesManage day‑to‑day marketing campaign planning across all internal team verticals and platforms, as well as external partnersEnsure brand consistency across linear, streaming, digital, and social deliverablesAssist in gathering campaign insights, performance data, and recap materialsCreate marketing materials and communication presentations showcasing large campaign initiativesAct as liaison to Versant's various sports partnerships – maintaining regular correspondences with leagues across the USA Sports portfolioCollaborate with content distribution teams to ensure marketing materials support affiliate campaignsMaintain marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and campaign documentationCoordinate cross‑promotional opportunities between sports and entertainment propertiesTrack sports marketing deliverables and update timelines across USA Sport and Golf ChannelManage project timelines, asset trackers, and cross‑functional workflows to ensure on‑time deliveryOrganize regular status meetings, agendas, and recapsSupport larger promotional activations for specific properties or marketing campaignsAct as a reliable day‑to‑day contact for agency partners and vendors on assigned campaignsSupport senior team members on broader brand initiatives, presentations, and planning needsGrowth OpportunitiesMulti‑platform campaign strategy and execution.Sports marketing and partnership support.Cross‑network collaboration and stakeholder management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.3+ years of brand marketing or related experience in sports, media, consumer marketing, or entertainment.Hands‑on experience supporting multi‑platform marketing campaigns.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.Strong attention to detail and comfort managing many moving parts.Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.Desired CharacteristicsKnowledge of sports and/or entertainment marketing.Ability to craft cohesive strategies based on analytics that will drive large marketing campaigns.Familiarity with digital and social media marketing platforms.Basic understanding of media planning.Experience working with media and promotional agencies.Experience supporting sales or client‑facing teams is a plus.Key Performance IndicatorsTimely and accurate delivery of campaign assets.Quality and consistency of marketing materials.Efficiency and accuracy in project and budget tracking.Contribution to building tactics for each campaignAdditional RequirementsThis position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.Must be willing to travel if/when needed.Must be willing to visit the NYC office as needed.Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
