At NorthBay Health, the Manager, Brand Partnerships is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of NorthBay Health’s branded partnerships, sponsorship activations, and experiential marketing initiatives across Solano, Napa and Yolo counties.This role owns the development and activation of high-visibility regional partnerships and a broad portfolio of community sponsorships, ensuring NorthBay Health’s brand is represented in compelling, consistent and measurable ways that drive awareness, engagement and affinity across priority audiences.The Manager oversees major branded partnerships, including designation as the Official Healthcare Partner for large-scale regional events such as Bottlerock and Sonoma Raceway, and manages a portfolio of 40 or more annual sponsorship and community activations. This position works closely with Marketing and Brand, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Community Engagement, Foundation, and executive leadership to ensure partnership activations align with brand strategy, campaign priorities, and organizational growth goals.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field or combination of education and experience equal to 8 years.Experience: Six or more years of experience in marketing, sponsorship activation, experiential marketing, events, or related field.Experience managing partnerships, sponsorships, or large-scale activations required.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously required.Agency, team or promoter experience preferred.Healthcare, nonprofit, sports, entertainment experience preferred.Skills:Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple high-visibility activations at the same time.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and project management systems preferred.Interpersonal Skills:Ability to communicate professionally with leadership, vendors, partners, physicians, and community members.Ability to represent NorthBay Health in public-facing settings.Demonstrates NorthBay's values and true north including nurturing care, own it, respect relationships, build trust, hardwire excellence.Hours: Primarily Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Flexibility required for evening, weekends and travel to events. Schedule adjustments may occur based on event needs.Compensation $120k to $130k k annually based on years of experience doing the duties of the role. Staff-level positions use a step-based system (Steps 1–5) based on years of directly related experience, with Step 5 representing 20 or more years of experience in the role. Manager level and above positions are paid a fixed annual base salary and are eligible for a variable incentive compensation plan.
