Overview
The NFI Brokerage Operations Manager is responsible for managing existing brokerage clients and to drive internal business growth of those clients. This is done by effectively responding to the operational needs of existing NFI clients in
conjunction with the effective sourcing and management of NFI's personnel sourcing carriers. This position reports to Director Brokerage Operations.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $83,896.80 - $111,862.40, based on the national average for the position. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants" qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
