The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty training, and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Type: Full-Time Regular

Boston University seeks a highly motivated and experienced Building Automation Manager to oversee the daily operations of building automation systems across campus. Siemens Schneider Trane Carrier Mitsubishi Distec Johnson Controls, etc. This role will coordinate closely with in-house union HVAC technicians, electricians, and construction project managers to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and system reliability. The manager will also supervise student interns and manage vendor relationships as well as large multi-million dollar BAS service contracts.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree required • Masters degree preferred • 8 years of experience
