The Manager acts as a leader within the walls of the brewpub to assist in meeting & exceeding our Mission Core Values and Key Business Drivers. Youll be directing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with Pinthouse standards in across areas of operation, guest relations, inventory, and team management, and growth of your team. The manager ensures that the highest quality products and hospitality are delivered to each and every guest, making their experience great.

Responsibilities ----------------

• Maintain a positive work culture through Focused Feedback and Recognition • Responsible for all guest and Pinthouse service issue resolutions while on shift • Responsible for all product and service given during shift • Be the Host of the party, engaging guests and team members throughout the shift • Facilitate all recruiting and hiring at the pub • Prepare and execute team member schedules, reviews, and development for Area of Responsibility • Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the POS system and our best practices • Maintain execute sign-off and audit shift S&P DCL write-ups, coaching logs, recruiting, and keg checklists to 100% completion • Enter invoices properly and in a timely manner • Amend and lead pre-shift Huddles to disseminate important Pinthouse info

Qualifications ----------------

3 years of restaurant management experience Food Manager Certification TABC Certification Cicerone CBS Certification (Preferred)
