Position Summary...

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth for Scintilla Charter—Walmart’s first party customer intelligence and advanced analytics platform.

This role is ideal for a proactive, analytically minded, hunter oriented professional who excels at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

The ideal candidate understands how to manage mutual value propositions, risks, and benefits across Walmart and supplier partners. They can inspire confidence, resolve issues through productive dialogue, and align cross functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

With strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset, this position will translate complex data into actionable insights that elevate the Walmart customer and supplier experience, drive supplier performance, and accelerate omni-channel category growth.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Chicago, Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
