We combine tradition with innovation to produce quality food and create an environment where people are empowered to grow, contribute, and succeed.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

As the steward of our enterprise analytics environment, you will:

  • Develop standards for data structures, naming conventions, documentation, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure enterprise reporting data is accurate, consistent, secure, and reliable
  • Support the development and optimization of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions
  • Expand self-service analytics capabilities across the organization
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, particularly within Supply Chain and Sales, to understand reporting needs and data opportunities
  • Monitor analytics platform performance, refresh schedules, usage, and overall system health
  • Drive data governance, stewardship, and data quality initiatives across multiple systems and platforms
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate and integrate data into scalable enterprise solutions

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data management, or IT systems support
  • Strong experience with Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, or similar BI platforms
  • Advanced SQL and relational database expertise
  • Experience managing enterprise datasets, semantic models, and reporting environments
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and access management principles
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • SAP Datasphere, BDC, or cloud data platform experience
  • ETL/ELT and data integration expertise
  • SAP ERP experience
  • Manufacturing, supply chain, or food production industry experience
