Job Title: Manager Business Intelligence
OVERVIEW --------
The Manager Business Intelligence is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of critical business intelligence initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization. Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities.
The Manager Business Intelligence is responsible for managing analysts staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs, hiring and training new analysts, and ensuring staff productivity remains high. Ensures that projects, department milestones, goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
This role is critical to fuel a data-driven culture and to help make informed business decisions.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ---------------------------
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 USD, with a bonus target of up to 10% of the base salary. This range is a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate of what we would reasonably expect to pay for this position. We reserve the right to modify this range in the future as organizational and market conditions dictate.

Overview:
The Privacy Manager will facilitate and ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to the compliance-driven issues for Health Plan member privacy, protection, and security. Additionally, will assist each division in maintaining a privacy program at all levels within the organization.
This person will lead investigations, as well as intake information in enterprise risk systems to create data risk-based models to identify and manage enterprise risk. Utilizes expertise to acquire, manage, and analyze data and report results. Creates tracking mechanisms and tools for department staff and enterprise to manage privacy risk.
