We’re seeking a strategic, action‑oriented Manager, Business Operations to lead high‑impact strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and Cast Experience programs while translating strategy into execution and outcomes leaders can act on.


Operating at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and delivery, this leader manages a small team, partners closely with senior technology leaders, and drives adoption and impact through strong executive presence and the thoughtful application of AI‑enabled capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Initiatives & Program Leadership


+ Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives aligned to DXT and enterprise priorities

+ Translate leadership direction into clear plans, milestones, and decision points

+ Drive execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and outcomes

+ Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

+ Partner with senior leaders to shape priorities, sequencing, and execution trade‑offs


Executive Storytelling


+ Develop clear, compelling executive narratives that connect initiatives to strategy and outcomes

+ Synthesize complex work into concise, executive‑ready stories for leadership forums, reviews, and decision‑making

+ Enable leaders with messaging, materials, and recommendations for high‑visibility discussions

+ Ensure consistency and cohesion across decks, readouts, talking points, and communications


Continuous Improvement


+ Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes, tools, and ways of working

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, clarity, and scalability

+ Explore and pilot AI‑enabled approaches that enhance operational effectiveness, with clear adoption and impact goals


Cast Experience & Engagement


+ Lead Cast Experience initiatives spanning engagement, communications, and executive reporting (including Chairman’s reporting)

+ Partner with Communications, HR, and Culture Committee stakeholders to ensure alignment to DXT priorities and values

+ Shape clear, empathetic change narratives that support understanding, adoption, and engagement

+ Ensure Cast‑facing initiatives are operationally sound, inclusive, and consistently delivered

+ Drive workplace planning, readiness, and coordination across sites to support a consistent in‑office experience

+ Leaders equipped with concise, decision‑ready narratives and materials

+ Improved efficiency and consistency in how work is executed and communicated

Required Qualifications


+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

+ 8 years of experience in program management, operations, continuous improvement, or technology‑adjacent roles

+ Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization with senior leaders

+ Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

+ Ability to operate effectively between strategy and execution


Preferred Qualifications


+ Experience in technology, digital, or enterprise operations environments

+ Exposure to AI‑enabled tools or initiatives that drive operational or employee impact

+ Background in change management, Cast/employee experience, or organizational effectiveness

+ Experience supporting workplace, facilities, or organizational change initiatives

+ Lean Six Sigma certification or proven experience applying efficiency methodologies

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $117,800 to $161,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
