The PCIS Group''s objective is to deliver competitive products and services to the intermediaries it serves.  A strong understanding of the retirement market and the ability to identify our clients' business needs is paramount to our success. Within this group, the Client Integration and Support Team is responsible for onboarding Personal Choice Retirement Accounts (PCRA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) clients onto Schwab's Brokerage platform.

As Manager, Business Systems Analysts, Client Integrations and Support, you will serve a key role in leading PCIS's efforts to engage and showcase our capabilities to prospective and current clients by managing client integrations onto the Schwab Brokerage platform.

In this role, you will work closely with business partners in PCIS, Relationship Management, Product Management, Compliance, and various scrum teams to set up plans and accounts primarily for the Personal Choice Retirement Accounts (PCRA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) products. You will also support testing activities, validate solutions against requirements, and partner with teams to address production issues by identifying root causes and guiding corrective actions.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide coordination during the client development, testing and deployment integration ensuring internal teams' alignment with the client's needs.
  • Understand Clients' business requirements and integration needs, and present options tailored to the clients' needs.
  • Primary liaison between PCIS and the clients' technology team for testing.
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
  • Works with the Agile delivery team to craft high quality customer-centric user stories
  • Monitor clients' daily file transmission
  • Prepare and participate in Quarterly installs after market close for system enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Actively participant in SAFe ceremonies by creating user stories and creating low-fidelity mock-ups. Backfilling when the PO is unavailable.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • Financial services experience.
  • IT Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
  • Capable of working independently, and as part of a well-coordinated team to meet business needs and target dates, to successfully support multiple projects and priorities
  • 3+ years system analysis; analytical problem-solving skills
  • 3+ years Agile(scrum) experience; creating and prioritizing stories in JIRA
  • 2+ years SQL, script writing
  • 1+ years of experience with Figma or similar tool used to create user interphases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
  • 3+ years' experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC and EMTR
  • 2+ years SAFe experience; PI/Sprint planning, Agile ceremonies
  • API experience

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
