Back Yard Burgers is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and delivering quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and food cost controls
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Monitor restaurant performance and work toward sales and profitability goals
- Assist with administrative duties including reports, cash handling, and payroll processes
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Quick-service or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of labor management, food costs, and P&L performance
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
